外贸业务员开发客户的过程中一定会遇到客户有一阵子不回复的情况,可能是出差了也可能是忙于手头要紧的事情先处理,说不定是对你的报价或者产品质量有一些想法又不说,等着你主动找他说,诸如此类的情况有很多。

一.打探客户对报价的看法,先问问是否收到了邮件,然后说收到回信后会尽量然客户满意,让客户舒服了,合作就可以谈下去了。

二.追问客户的评价,求回复,言辞恳切,客户看了不会不回复。

Several days no news from you have you got my inquiry for xxx products? Fully understand that you are too busy to reply us. But we are still waiting for your comments. We need your feedback to go ahead. Thank you in advance.

三.再发一次报价单,目的是保证客户收到并且过目报价,如果客户是对价格有想法不回复你,现在也不得不回复一下了。

四.利用报价有效期给客户压力,催促早点回复,这也是一种合理且有效的办法。
